TTU Baja SAE
Baja SAE is a design competition that challenges students to work as a team in the designing, building, testing and racing of an off-road vehicle that is capable of negotiating rough terrain.
Baja SAE is a design competition that challenges students to work as a team in the designing, building, testing and racing of an off-road vehicle that is capable of negotiating rough terrain.
The team currently has five vehicle chassis in the shop from 2007-2011. The cars are in various states of assembly, but at any time the teams tries to maintain three running vehicles.
Between the five cars in the shop there are eight top 10 performances including a 1st, two 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, and two 9th place overall finishes.
